Hunter Douglas window fashion products are covered for defects in materials, workmanship, or failure to operate for as long as the original retail purchaser owns the product.

What's Covered

All internal mechanisms, components, and brackets. Fabric delamination. Operational cords for 7 years from date of purchase. Motorization components for 5 years from date of purchase. Repairs and replacements will be made with like or similar parts or products.

Provenance® Woven Shades FAQ

Natural fiber shades perform best in climate-controlled rooms. Avoid placement in bathrooms, laundry rooms, or any area with persistent high humidity, as moisture can cause natural fibers to warp or mold over time.

Woven shades by themselves are semi-private — light and silhouettes can show through the weave at night. Adding a fabric liner or using them with a layered window treatment provides full privacy.

Yes. PowerView® motorization is available on most Provenance® shades, allowing you to raise, lower, and schedule them from an app, remote, or voice assistant.
