Hunter Douglas window fashion products are covered for defects in materials, workmanship, or failure to operate for as long as the original retail purchaser owns the product.

What's Covered

All internal mechanisms, components, and brackets. Fabric delamination. Operational cords for 7 years from date of purchase. Motorization components for 5 years from date of purchase. Repairs and replacements will be made with like or similar parts or products.

Luminette® Sheer Panels FAQ

Luminette® is specifically designed for sliding glass doors and large windows. The traverse system slides smoothly so you can open the door without fighting with your window treatment.

When the vanes are closed, Luminette® provides good daytime privacy. For nighttime blackout, we recommend pairing with a blackout roller shade or choosing the room-darkening fabric option.

Luminette® panels can cover openings up to 192" wide using a two-way traverse system. We can design a solution for almost any large opening.
