Extends to the original retail purchaser of Custom Brands Group window covering products that were properly installed and maintained. We will repair or replace, at our option, a defective product. Repairs use like or similar parts — colors may vary and an exact match cannot be guaranteed.
Coverage Periods
Internal mechanisms, components, brackets, and fabric delamination: lifetime. Cords, ladders & tapes: 7 years. Motorization components (purchased from Custom Brands Group): 5 years. Exterior roller shades: 5 years. Specialty shades: 1 year. Shutters: 25 years. Return shipping included for goods under 12 months old.
What's Not Covered
Normal wear and tear, abuse, accidents, or misuse. Exposure to the elements (sunlight, moisture, salt air, humidity). Improper installation or failure to follow care instructions. Labor costs for removal and reinstallation. Return shipping at the purchaser's expense for goods over 12 months old.
